If you are interested in donating to support BOI’s mission, or if you’re interested in serving as a volunteer, we thank you for becoming actively engaged with our cause! 

Donors

BOI is a 501-C3 non-profit organization that depends on grants and donations from individuals and corporations in order to achieve its mission of helping entrepreneurs open and successfully operate small businesses.  Donations are tax-deductible and can be designated “unrestricted”, allowing us to apply the funds wherever needed; or can be designated for a specific project.  For example, you can specify that we apply the funds toward a special purchase of equipment that you read about in our newsletter.

Gifts of money can also be given in honor of someone special or on a special occasion, such as a wedding, graduation or a milestone accomplishment. Memorial gifts are another wonderful way of remembering and honoring the memory of someone special to you.

By donating to BOI you are helping build a culture of caring and support for the future small business owners of Indiana – that will positively impact our state’s overall economic health. Your gifts are an investment in the future that we all share. 

Volunteers

BOI cannot provide the depth and breadth of services we offer to entrepreneurs in Indiana without the help of many others. It takes a big team of talented individuals to provide the support needed by the diverse group of small business aspirants we work with each and every day.  We appreciate our volunteers for their generous gifts of the heart, spirit and mind. There is nothing so valuable as the practical wisdom, and experience that our volunteers bring to our efforts.  They add a voice of reality that is undeniable.
